Eyemake up pics

I was bored couple of days ago so I tried to take a good close up pics. As you can see I clearly suck lol...I still dont know how to work that camera..
I have a Canon SD600 which is a decent cam, I just think its probably me that doesn't know how to take good close ups. It usually turns out too bright or too dark or it turns redish color. This is the best I could do. I will have to practice more.

I used Green + Gold eyeshadow and I tried out my new fake lashes..

As promised, I'm posting my nail polish collection. I have about 50 nail polishes, and as you can see they are very similar. I really like pinks and white/silver as well as purple and white. I have a few red ones as well. Some of those were given to me, some came with a gift set. I will be posting nail polish reviews soon.

Brutal Killing of Baby Seals

Sorry guys I know this isn't really makeup related but I'm a huge animal fan and it breaks my heart to see animals being hurt or killed. I'm afraid to even go on some of those sites such as PETA because of the horryfing videos. This is just one of the pictures, some were even worse and it really brought tears to my eyes. This needs to be stopped now. In canada there's no law on seal hunt, and most of these are baby seals too :(

It would be greatly appreciated if you could either sign the petition or join the facebook group

Canada’s annual seal hunt is the largest slaughter of marine mammals on Earth. Last year, the world looked on in horror as the Canadian government permitted the slaughter of more than 330,000 harp seals. During the hunt, baby seals are shot or repeatedly clubbed. Sealers bludgeon the animals with clubs and “hakapiks” (clubs with metal hooks on their ends) and drag the seals—who are still conscious—across the ice floes with boat hooks. An estimated 42 percent of the animals are skinned alive. Hunters toss dead and dying seals into heaps and leave their carcasses to rot on the ice floes because there is no market for seal meat. Veterinarians who have investigated the hunt have found that hunters routinely fail to comply with Canada’s animal welfare standards.

It is legal in Canada to kill seal pups when they are about 12 days old. During last year’s hunt, almost all the seals killed were 3 months old or younger. Many had not yet learned how to swim or eaten their first solid meals. Baby seals are helpless and have no way to escape from the sealers’ clubs.

Fake Nails Review

A lot of my friends have been complimenting me on my nails so I thought I'd do a review on a couple of fake nail kits that I've used in the past. They always think that I got my nails done at the salon. I usually buy them from Shoppers Drugmart. In past I've used Broadway "Airbrush glass" nail kit, Broadway "Real Life" french nail kit, Claire's "Airbrush Nails"and there were a few others but I don't have the kits anymore so I don't remember.

My favorite by far are Broadway brand. They usually go for something like $9.99 or 9.89. I used those for my b-day and it lasted me 2 weeks!! Can you believe that?? Thats the longest they lasted me. My claire's one didn't even last me the night.
